  3. Unavailability of Services: In the event that Medway is unable to deliver the coaching services as outlined in the course details, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refund Request Procedure:

Refund Process:

Non-Refundable Items:

  2. Digital Products: Refunds will not be provided for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
